Received fantastic customer service from the receptionist at this location. Had an issue arise and she quickly helped me, was super friendly and resolved my issue for me. Rented the space for over 4 years, the place is clean with lots of different sizes of storage. Plenty of dolly's available for use. Easily accessible and affordable. Thank you!
I was in a rush and got in right before close, Hellen helped me through the entire process of paying and finding my locker. She was super kind the entire time, I had a great experience definitely recommend them they are super helpful.
Facilities are good, storage areas easily accessible and navigable. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, went above and beyond by, among other things, helping me arrange a ride to transport out stuff I was removing from a locker.
